Text Donations

Please read the following information if you have made a text donation using the information obtained on our website:

Focus Birmingham (registered charity number 1065745) will receive 100% of your donation. You will be charged for one standard text message plus your donation. If you unsure what your standard text charge rate is please contact your network provider. Always get the bill payers permission. By texting us you are letting us know that you would like to receive updates from us about the charity.  However if this is not the case and you want to donate, but don’t want Focus Birmingham to contact you by text in future, add the words NO INFO (e.g. [KEYWORD] NO INFO) when texting your donation.

Returns and Refund Policy

Our returns and refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your date of purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed with a cheque sent in the post or a bank transfer, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded unless faulty.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at admin@focusbirmingham.org.uk.
