A leading charity in Birmingham is seeking an exceptional candidate to fill the important role of HR Coordinator in a small but busy Workforce department to provide proactive and customer focused HR support to staff and managers.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, industrious and energetic individual with a professional and organised approach who will be responsible for a range of HR operations including recruitment, pre-employment screenings, dealing with first line enquires and maintaining HR and training records.

The successful candidate should be comfortable working in a busy environment working to tight deadlines with the ability to prioritise their own workload. HR experience would be advantageous but not absolutely essential, however your personal attributes are and positive, results focused attitude are the qualities we’re looking for.
