Social Group, Sutton

Join our social group for people with a visual impairment at Sutton Coldfield United Reformed Church every Tuesday at 10:30am! There will be seated exercise sessions to help increase your core strength and reduce falls and a lot of fun.

If you are considering the next step for your child then Focus is the place to join. Our person centred care is all about giving the individual choice, rights to independence and the skills to live independent lives.
Telephone Befriending Service

The Focus Birmingham volunteer team offer support and telephone befriending, ideal for anyone who would like a regular friendly chat at the same time every week. Apply now using the Focus Telephone Befriending System. You can fill it in yourself or ask a family member or friend to do it for you. Once complete we will match you with a suitable volunteer and schedule the calls... it's as easy as that!
