Our IAG service offers support and guidance to people living with sight loss and disabilities, their carers, family and friends. We are looking for volunteers who have a passion for supporting and empowering people through the knowledge IAG services can give.

We provide a specially adapted supported living scheme in Kings Norton providing 24 hr care to support adults with visual impairment and other disabilities to live independently

Telephone Befriending Service

The Focus Birmingham volunteer team offer support and telephone befriending, ideal for anyone who would like a regular friendly chat at the same time every week. Apply now using the Focus Telephone Befriending System. You can fill it in yourself or ask a family member or friend to do it for you. Once complete we will match you with a suitable volunteer and schedule the calls... it's as easy as that!
