Join our social group for people with a visual impairment at Wyndley Leisure Centre every Tuesday at 10:30am! There will be seated exercise sessions to help increase your core strength and reduce falls and a lot of fun.

Telephone Befriending Service

The Focus Birmingham volunteer team offer support and telephone befriending, ideal for anyone who would like a regular friendly chat at the same time every week. Apply now using the Focus Telephone Befriending System. You can fill it in yourself or ask a family member or friend to do it for you. Once complete we will match you with a suitable volunteer and schedule the calls... it's as easy as that!
